Repetitive Injuries

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is an extremely common problem amongst people of all walks of life.

RSI is common amongst people who regularly perform the same movements as part of their job or hobby. This ranges from computer operators who are repetitively typing on a keyboard for long hours and musicians, such as guitarists, who practice and perform with their hands in the same position for extended periods of time.

I can treat repetitive injuries and advise patients on exercises and ergonomic changes that could help reduce the risk of future repetitive injury problems.
